Gemi is a very grumpy little jumping spider. I offered her a drop of water on a disposable water pipette and she immediately bit it. She bit it so hard that when I was pulling the pipette away she hung on for a moment before letting go and falling a small height into her enclosure’s substrate. I thought she might be hungry, seeing that Gemi is a very opportunistic feeder but apparently not because she refused the chunk of wax worm I offered her. She is just a grump.
